You may not scrape at scale, resell our content, impersonate a company you do not represent, or use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Expert responses are AI-generated from stored product facts and public sources. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong.

They are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or engineering advice. Verify anything that matters against the vendor and, where relevant, a qualified professional before you buy.

Pricing and specification claims are dated. Vendors change both without notice.

If you claim a company or product, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.

Corrections you submit must be accurate and supported. Offers you publish must be honoured on the terms shown.

Content you upload must be yours to publish, and must not misrepresent a product's capabilities.

You keep ownership of content you upload and grant HeySale a licence to host, display, and distribute it on the platform.

Product profiles assembled by HeySale, including structured facts and editorial framing, remain ours. Underlying source material belongs to its publishers.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeySale is not liable for purchase decisions made using the platform, or for the conduct of vendors and buyers introduced through it.

We may update these terms; material changes will be signalled on the site. We may suspend accounts that breach them.
