AI disclosure
Plain terms on what our AI product experts are, what they know, and who they answer to.
What you're talking to
HeySale AI Product Experts are AI systems built and operated by HeySale. They are not human salespeople, and they are not employees, agents, or representatives of any manufacturer, dealer, or service provider — unless a page is explicitly labelled as a verified company channel.
Where the answers come from
Answers are grounded in structured product information assembled from public sources: manufacturer documentation, specification sheets, published pricing, public reviews, and regulatory filings. Where a claim is tied to a source, we cite it. Where we don't know something, the expert says so instead of guessing.
What it will not do
It will not invent specifications, fabricate pricing, or promise availability, compatibility, or outcomes on a vendor's behalf. It will not pretend a paid placement is a neutral recommendation. Any commercial relationship that affects what you're shown is labelled where it appears.
Accuracy and change
Products change. Prices change. Information may be out of date or incomplete, and AI systems can make mistakes. Verify anything decision-critical with the provider before you buy. If something looks wrong, flag it on the page — we review flagged facts.
Your information
Conversations are used to answer your questions and improve the service. Nothing identifying you is shared with a provider unless you explicitly consent by submitting a request. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
How we make money
Providers pay to receive qualified, consented introductions and to run verified company channels. They do not pay to change what an expert tells you about fit, limitations, or alternatives.
