What the program is. And who it's built for.
HeySale gives a website an AI salesperson that talks to visitors, answers real buying questions and creates sales opportunities around the clock. The Partner Program is for the people businesses already trust with their website and their growth. You introduce a business; when they become a customer, you earn a share of what they pay for as long as they keep paying.
Share your link
You get a personal referral link and your own HeySale page at hey.sale/yourname. Send it, post it, or put it in a proposal.
They see it work
They type in their website address and, moments later, talk to an AI salesperson that already knows their business. No demo call required.
You get paid
Commission is earned on money HeySale actually collects, held for 30 days against refunds, then paid monthly once you pass $50.

02 / Tiers at a glance
Your rate grows with the customers you keep active.
Tiers are based on how many of your referred customers are active and paying. A rate you already hold on a customer never goes down — tiering up applies going forward and never reduces what you already earn.

Commission is calculated on eligible net revenue — what a customer actually pays, minus refunds, chargebacks, credits and taxes. Earnings are never guaranteed, and HeySale owns and supports the customer relationship.
03 / How you earn
Attribution, in plain terms.
Your link is remembered
When someone follows your link, that introduction is remembered in their browser for 90 days and is claimed the moment they create an account.
First qualified referral wins
If more than one partner introduced the same business, the first qualified referral holds the relationship. It doesn't move later.
Existing customers are excluded
Businesses that are already HeySale customers are not eligible for commission.
The relationship persists
Once a customer is attributed to you, they stay attributed for as long as they remain active and paying — including as their usage grows.
Self-referral isn't allowed
Referring your own accounts, or accounts you control, is detected and reversed.
Disputes get reviewed
Attribution can be corrected by HeySale where there is evidence of error or abuse. Every change is recorded.
04 / Payout rules
When money moves, and why.
What counts
Eligible net revenue — cash HeySale collects, minus refunds, chargebacks, credits and taxes.
When it's earned
Only after a customer's payment settles. Invoices that fail or reverse never earn.
Hold period
30 days after settlement, to cover refunds and chargebacks.
Minimum payout
$50. Below that, your balance rolls into the next period.
Schedule
Cleared commission is gathered into a monthly payout period and paid out once approved.
Adjustments
Refunds and clawbacks are written to an append-only ledger — nothing is edited after the fact.
05 / Eligibility
Who can join.
A HeySale account
You need a free HeySale account and an accepted partner agreement.
Anywhere in the world
Partners can be individuals or companies. Payout methods and tax details are collected before your first payout.
Your own identity
Real name or company, a working email, and a page name that isn't already taken or reserved.
Good standing
Accounts with unresolved abuse, chargeback or policy issues are not eligible.

How partners represent HeySale.
Describe it honestly
No invented features, guaranteed results, or claims about performance we haven't published. It is an AI salesperson, and visitors are always told so.
No spam
No unsolicited bulk email, scraped lists, or automated outreach. Invitations are rate limited.
No brand impersonation
Don't bid on HeySale brand terms, register confusable domains, or present yourself as HeySale.
No incentivized signups
Cashback, fake accounts or coupon-style promotion of your link isn't allowed.
Respect the customer
HeySale owns the customer relationship, support and billing. Partners never speak on HeySale's behalf in a contract.
Breaches
Serious or repeated breaches end the partnership and forfeit unpaid commission.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. There are no fees, no quotas and no minimum commitment.
How long do I earn on a customer?
For as long as they remain an active, paying customer attributed to you.
Do I earn when a customer grows?
Yes — commission is calculated on eligible net revenue, so it follows what they actually pay.
Can I resell HeySale to my clients?
Yes. Choose 'Reseller' when you apply and we'll set up the right path with you.
How do I track my referrals?
Your partner dashboard shows visits, signups, customers, pending and cleared commission, and payouts.
What happens if a customer refunds?
The matching commission is reversed in the ledger. Nothing is paid out until it clears the 30-day hold.
Can the program change?
Yes. The partner agreement is versioned; material changes are communicated and your accepted version is recorded.
