Does HeySale affect my website load times?

The HeySale widget is deliberately tiny and stays out of the page’s way.

• The embed code you add to your website is one line marked “async”, so your website or web page never waits for HeySale. It finishes loading exactly as it did before installing HeySale.
• The file HeySale serves is about 7 KB (roughly a small image), with no extra libraries, fonts or stylesheets, and it’s cached for repeat visits.
• Until a visitor actually clicks to talk, nothing heavy loads: the conversation window only gets created on that click action.

Everything your HeySale AI salesperson does then runs inside its own isolated window served from our servers, so it doesn’t compete with your website or web page for resources. In any extremely rare instance HeySale was ever unreachable, your site is unaffected.
